KM1 Standard Fork Re-Valve*

Our standard re-valve is a entry level option for customers. Most forks have very stiff high speed compression damping, and incorrect spring rates for the majority of riders. What this creates as a feel for the rider is a harsh, deflection (feeling when hitting roots, ruts, or square edge rocks), unresponsive steering and tracking, head shake, insufficient bottoming resistance on g-outs or whoops. Once we receive the rider profile form, we consult with you to get a precise feel for the type of rider you are, and the locations and terrain you cover. After combining this information we redesign the internal damping, and rebound circuits, the correct spring's will be installed, and oil levels will be adjusted to your riding style, and terrain covered. This in turn will provide you with a more comfortable, confidence inspiring, and progressive fork action.

KM2 Fork Re-Valve

The KM2 is for those customers looking for the best. On top of everything included in our KM1 package, along with modifying the internals, polishing, and compression, rebound, and midstroke set-up. Within this package includes the high quality seals (We have tested ever seal made, and they do not compare), and our own brand of bushings. What this set-up creates is almost a stiction free, compliant, responsive, confidence inspiring feel when riding on rocks and roots, but increases the firmness for the big hits, whoops, and g-outs you encounter.
  1. Complete disassembly
  2. Cleaning and inspection, repair, servicing of all internal items
  3. Replacement of worn items

KM1 Shock Re-Valve

Standard Shock Re-Valve Most stock shock's suffer from harsh high speed compression valving, a improper amount of rebound damping, and too soft of spring rates for most riders. This in turn creates a feeling of instability, kicking, improper ride height, and insufficient bottoming resistance. Once we review the rider profile form and consulting with you, the internal damping circuits will be redesigned based on your height, weight, skill level, age, riding style, and terrain you cover. Along with this, the correct spring rates will be installed. What you will benefit from this is a more controlled, balanced, and progressive feel.
  1. Complete disassembly
  2. Cleaning and inspection, repair, servicing of all internal items
  3. Replacement of worn items
  4. Labor
  5. Reassembly with high quality fluids
  6. Replacement of bushings and seals with thoroughly tested and proven products
